Mobile app disclosure updated 26 October 2026.
The existing cookies, consent categories and website advertising disclosure apply to the Jetting website. The following section describes the separate behavior of Jetting's mobile apps.
Searches and booking partners
Jetting's iOS and Android apps compare flights, accommodation and rental cars. You do not need a Jetting app account. To return offers, the app sends search locations, dates, passenger or guest counts, and relevant age information, such as child traveler ages or driver age, to Jetting's backend and travel-search partners, including Skyscanner. When you choose a booking provider, you complete the booking with that provider under its own privacy policy. Jetting's app does not collect your payment-card details.
Usage, diagnostics and attribution
The mobile app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for usage measurement and diagnostics. It also integrates Meta and, when configured, TikTok attribution SDKs to measure app activity and advertising performance. Depending on the platform, these services receive installation or device identifiers, Android advertising identifiers and install-referrer information, app interactions, coarse location derived from network information, and diagnostic data. The app's analytics events use controlled travel and action values; the app does not add feedback email addresses or free-text feedback to those events. Website Cookie settings do not control the mobile SDKs, and the current mobile app does not provide a global in-app analytics switch.
Affiliate links
Booking-provider links can include a platform label, a controlled record of the in-app journey and a persistent installation identifier. These values support affiliate attribution of Jetting's outbound clicks. The installation identifier is kept for the lifetime of the app's stored data and can survive device backup restoration. These identifiers are not a Jetting account login. The destination partner receives the link and the ordinary network request and processes them under its own policies.
Location and maps
The app can use an IPInfo lookup to choose an approximate country, city, market and currency. Separately, using the current-location action can request one foreground location fix after your device permission. The reviewed mobile app does not request background location. Mapbox provides maps and can receive location and usage telemetry when the app causes it to be gathered. The map attribution control provides Mapbox's telemetry choice. You can also deny or limit the app's location permission in device settings. If you explicitly search a map area, the area bounds are sent to the backend and travel-search provider.
AI features and feedback
When you use an AI search filter, the text and necessary travel context are sent to Jetting's backend and its configured AI services, including OpenRouter and model providers. Hotel AI features can also process hotel details and provider reviews. Feedback is voluntary. If you submit it, Jetting can store your rating or selected reasons, comment, optional reply email, installation identifier, app version, language, market and currency in its support records. AI providers process the requests under their applicable policies; a Jetting result-cache lifetime is not a promise about provider log retention.
Storage and security
Saved travel options and search preferences are stored on your device. Clearing app data removes these local records, although a device backup may restore them. Generated hotel highlights can be cached on Jetting's server for up to 180 days; the highlights-analysis cache does not store the original review text. Feedback is stored separately in Jetting's support records. Analytics, diagnostics and attribution retention depends on the corresponding service configuration and provider policy. Data is sent using encrypted connections. We do not claim that all collected data is automatically deleted within 90 days.
Contact and privacy requests
For app support, contact info@jetting.com. For access, correction or deletion requests concerning data processed by Jetting, contact privacy@jetting.com. Third-party booking providers and service providers also publish their own privacy information and controls. Removing local app data does not by itself remove records already received by a server or provider.
